A convex logo substitutes colorfully sprayed can. Naked can help to reduce air and water pollution occurred in its coloring process. It also reduces energy and effort to separate toxic color paint from aluminum in recycling process. Huge amount of energy and paint required to manufacture colored cans will be saved. Instead of toxic paint, manufacturers process aluminum with a pressing machine that indicates brand identity on surface.
- Track 01: Soul-Scripture samples Macy Gray, Mos Def, Gangstarr & Lauryn Hill. Its lyrical content challenges the popular rap music of today, proving that homosexual men can write lyrics just as good, if not better, than many of the popular & current artists.
- Track 02: Vocab is my homage to my favourite band The Fugees, sampling the Salaam Remi remix of their underground hit Vocab, I’ve co-written a song that’s sure to prove that I mean business.
- Track 03: Bear-Trap is a song I wrote last week, sampling a Missy Elliott song, it’s a lyrical diss to anyone who’s hated on me in the past, it gave me a chance to get a lot off my chest in an almost humorous manner.
- I’ve used a lot of samples on this record because they fitted well and made sense, I’m not using them to be lazy; The Harsh Light of Day is me making a harsh statement and using my musical influences merged with my own creative knowledge to do so. It’s more than just music, it’s art! ♥
Teen Idle (Influenced by MARINA AND THE DIAMONDS’ song)
Idolising physical instead of mind-frame,
Ignoring all champions, just listening to fame.
All about self image, ignoring self-worth,
Eyes on a prize coloured gold - but what’s it really worth?
To be a teen idol - an idle teen.
Maintaining an image socially pristine,
Drinking & smoking to maintain your friends;
Act like a child & the youth never ends.
Physically crafting their work of art,
Forgetting that knowledge is an art & a half,
When beauty fades - knowledge remains,
So, who’s really losing this 19 year game?

- I have a studio session Monday, meaning The Harsh Light of Day will be here next week!
- I have a set-list completed & ready to perform, I’ll be performing some of my original songs like Dark Horse & GTFO (as well as some unreleased material) and covering songs by great artists that influence me like Lauryn Hill & The Fugees, Elle Varner, Lana Del Rey & Amy Winehouse.
